At the Foundation Maria Garcia Estrada did not mean a "reasonable percentage" when speaking of a website's target audience: everyone should be able to use the Internet. Our accessibility policy is aimed at the following objectives:
• To facilitate user access regardless of physical condition or environment.
• Allow access with different browsers.
• Get a clear content structure and well defined.
• Optimize navigation and user experience.
The measures implemented to achieve these objectives are:
• Logical order of presentation and content display in the code.
• Simplified navigation system consisting of a main and secondary menu at footer.

• Grammar XHTML Strict and CSS 2.1
• Accessibility Guidelines for Web Content (WCAG level AAA)
• Using alternative text when the page information is primarily visual-oriented vision-impaired users.
• Direct access using keyboard shortcuts to the main navigation options.
